Please read the terms and conditions stated below, which outline a lot of legal goodies, but the bottom line is it’s our aim to always take care of both of us, as a customer, or as a seller. Product Buy & Delivery Policy

1)We recommend purchasing our products on Amazon.com. Amazon will provide rapid delivery and returns. Often the delivery is free.

Refund Policy

1. We inspect all of your products prior to shipping, but if you receive a product that is defective or damaged simply contact us within two weeks of receiving the item, and we give you instructions for returning the product and refunding your money. We will try to fix the problem, replace the item, or refund your money,
2. You have 48 hours to inspect your purchase and to determine if it does not meet the expectations laid forth in our product posting.
3. If you wish to receive a refund, HHDefenders will issue you a refund and ask you to specify how the product failed to live up to expectations.
4. When you make a qualifying return, We’ll credit the full amount, less the handling charges. Refunds are generally processed within 3–5 business days after we receive your claim and find it eligible for a return. Refunds are applied to the original payment option.
